Fall is such an amazing time of year! The weather gets cooler, the leaves get crisper, and there are so many things to harvest. Fall is a great time to harvest things because it isn’t as hot outside so it’s easier to spend your time outdoors harvesting all of your fruit or vegetables. Apple cider, apple pie, and caramel apples. The essence of fall. There are so many things to make from apples, the possibilities are endless. Bake the apples, eat them raw, or dehydrate them. They’re good no matter what you do. You really can’t go wrong with apples, everyone will love them.
Nothing says fall like a cranberry salad or cranberry jelly. Cranberries are a holiday favorite. They’re small and tart and can add a little zing to any Fall or holiday dish. Dried cranberries make a delicious and healthy snack too. You’ll love having that little bite of zest in any dish. Cranberries also make savory dishes taste great. Top off some chicken with some cranberries and you’ll have an amazing flavor combination.
Brussel sprouts are closely related to broccoli and cabbage. They taste like a combination of the two vegetables.
