Think about the length of those edges, rather than lawn area alone. A small garden with many beds can involve more trimming than a larger open lawn.
The adjustable power setting is useful when a job contains both light grass and denser patches. Work at the setting appropriate to the growth instead of assuming maximum output is always necessary.
