Dragon fruit is one of the most beautiful fruits out there. It’s a bright, hot pink color with little spikes on it. You’d expect the inside of the fruit to have a similar color as the outside, but the inside is very surprising. The inside of the fruit is pure white with tiny, black seeds that are small enough to eat. Although the fruit looks daring and dramatic, the flavor is actually rather mild. The flavor is just slightly sweet.
