Compact Design

I have the BLACK+DECKER Rechargeable Screwdriver and have used it for many jobs because of it's compact design.  There are times that a power drill may not reach a tight corner.  This is not near as powerful as a power drill, but it may just accomplish the purpose when you need something small to fit in small area.

No Indicator Light

When the battery is charged, you will know because it will be working.  Though you may not know if it's fully charged or not.  A common complaint with the BLACK+DECKER Rechargeable Screwdriver was that there is no indicator light to let you know when the battery is charged.

Price

Let's face the facts that this screwdriver is so popular because it is inexpensive.  I bought this exact one for my daughter last year so that she'd have her own screwdriver.  Little did I realize how much I'd be borrowing it for small jobs.  I also bought a large bit set because keep in mind that this screw driver only comes with 2 bits.  The price is very low and it is a useful tool to have around for small jobs like hanging dry erase boards, putting together furniture and hanging blinds.

This Is Not a Power Drill

Keep in mind that the BLACK+DECKER Rechargeable Screw Driver is not a power drill.  It won't have the torque of a power drill.  But also keep in mind that you may just need it and use it for things that can't with your power drill.  As quoted from a customer, "This little screwdriver is making my life around home so much easier. Holds a Charge Well
