Item Specifics

The Pool Cleaner Automatic Suction Pool Vacuum has a 2 wheel drive, which can clean pools up to 16’ x 32’.  There is a 4 wheel drive vacuum, but that is sold separately.  Its patented self-adjusting turbine vanes provide maximum power of any flow.  This vacuum will collect large debris.  It has patented tire treads, which allows it to climb over uneven surfaces, especially main drains.

Because of its tires, this product will work with pools of all sizes and shapes.  It will not get stuck in corners, and it can clean both deep and shallow ends of the pool.  The tires come with tread wear markers, which means it will show you when it is time to replace the tires.  The adjustable roller skirt allows it to still have great suction on uneven surfaces.  This pool vacuum can change directions, since it has a pre-programmed internal steering system.

Doesn’t Get Stuck on Obstacles Like the Pool Ladder

The problem with a lot of pool ladders, is that it can easily get stuck on obstacles like the pool ladder.  Then a lot of time and energy is wasted if the pool vacuum is stuck on something, not making any progress.  The Pool Cleaner Automatic Suction Pool Vacuum had good customer feedback for not getting caught on things.

I wanted to share what a customer had to stay about this issue, ” I cannot say enough about this cleaner. It has never gotten stuck… once! We have had it now since the summer and we have watched and waited and never has it got stuck in the corner or on the steps. Now, it will climb up and get on the step, coming out of the water a little, but that is the beauty of this cleaner. That is its signal to let go and fall back. It senses the lack of water and retreats immediately. Thank you thank you for providing an affordable and efficient pool cleaner.”

Low Maintenance Workhorse

The Pool Cleaner Automatic Suction Pool Vacuum received great reviews for being low maintenance and for not breaking down.  Here is one of the many positive comments on this topic, “This cleaner is an absolute workhorse. I live in Arizona where pools are open year-round, and this cleaner is in my 22,000 gallon pool doing it’s thing 365 days a year. Our pools can be extremely difficult to keep clean in the summer months due to the extreme heat (which speeds up algae growth) and all of the dust in the air, and we need to run our pumps for 10-12+ hours a day just to keep them clean. And in the 4+ years that I have owned this cleaner, my pool has never been…well….cleaner. 🙂 This will climb walls with ease (given the proper amount of suction) – in fact with a freshly cleaned filter it will nearly climb out of the pool! It covers the pool in a random pattern to ensure it gets every nook and cranny, it sucks up every speck of dust and debris – including long palm tree fronds and bougainvillea leaves which would clog my other cleaners, and it NEVER. BREAKS. DOWN.”

Slightly High Price but Worth It

Compared to other pool cleaner vacuums, The Pool Cleaner Automatic Suction Pool Vacuum is priced great.  Here is one of the many positive comments about the price left by customers, “I price checked and shopped around for a pool cleaner for almost a year. I needed to replace a Barracuda X7 that was less than a year old, because it did a terrible job at cleaning our pool. The barracuda got stuck almost every 30 to 45 minutes and had to be moved. It drove me crazy… I had this thing set up in about 30 minutes and it was working like a champ. I have had the cleaner for several weeks now and it is by far the best pool cleaner I have ever used, or seen in another pool. This thing has not been stuck even once! We had a huge wind storm last week with gusts up to 60 mph. The next morning our pool looked like a disaster. We had sand, leaves, sticks, and palm fronds all over the pool. Our pool cleaner runs for 8 hours a day, and by the time it was done, our pool was spotless. Although this product is a little expensive, I think it is worth every penny and I don’t mind ordering a new set of wheels when they go out. Small price to pay for a pool cleaner that works this well.”

Common Questions

Here are some top questions that I found for people considering buying The Pool Cleaner Automatic Suction Pool Vacuum.

  • chevron-circle-right Do you need to purchase a leaf canister or anything else to make this product work as purchased?  No, you simply connect it to the included hose, and then connect the hose to your pool’s skimmer.  Separately, you should be using a net to clean the leaves out of the pool on a regular basis.
  • chevron-circle-right Does this pool vacuum make noise while operating?  There is no noise at all while it’s running.  The only time you may hear it is when it crawls up the walls and gets to the top of the waterline, and you hear it sucking in air.  It quickly drops back down if it reaches the top.  Overall, this is a very quiet pool vacuum.
  • chevron-circle-right How often would I replace tires on a concrete pool?  Also, how often do other parts break?  You will need to replace the tires every 3 to 4 years. Most parts will last for 7 to 8 years, but check the wheel spindles for slippage every once in a while.  Also, the fins / blades should be inspected annually.
